Sorry to say dear, but these marks are not enough to fetch you a college.
I would suggest you to go for any private college having good placement records.

You have no chances to get VIT as only the students who got ranks between 1-100000 are called for counselling. So try your luck in other exams.
The JEE will announce the cut-off ranks for each NIT in India, so you can know which NIT you can get with your rank. If you are qualified to apply for counselling through www.josaa.nic.in the counselling will be from the second week of June.

If your rank in SC catagory is 46 then it's fantastic achievement. With this, I am sure, you will get admission in any of the NITs.

Since there is no weightage of 12th marks now, therefore it is impossible to get into any IIIT or NIT for you unless you belong to some quota.

Depends on your category. If you belong to SC or ST category, then you can get good college.
