No, there is not female reservation quota for NIT. but there is state quota seat in NIT.
But, From the year IITs has 20% reserved seat for female. Try to get in IITs.

Hello Venkat,
The cut-off will be announced along with results of JEE Mains. You will have to wait till then. Just for the record cutoffs declared in 2016 were: General - 100, OBC -70, SC - 52 & ST - 48.

In Mains, you should score at least 50 marks to clear and 180+ in advance to get into IIT.
