The concession is given only to the tune of 10% and you have scored less than required. Hence you are not eligible for admission in any of the NITs or CFTIs which are government colleges.

You have scored reasonable marks in class 12th. But admission in any college of Maharashtra is based on MHT-CET only. Therefore you will have to qualify the same.

You have received very less marks in JEE Mains. But still I feel there is some chance if you get admission in one of the NITs which are government institutes.

With the marks you obtained in JEE Mains, you have no chance of getting admission in any of the NITs. However, if you have appeared for MHTCET then perhaps there are some chances of getting admission in Maharashtra.

You need to completed class 12 with 60% (PCM) for B.Tech computer science. Through your NIOS class 12th certificate, you can apply for Amity School of Engineering, which is affiliated to CBSEJEE.
