It can't be predicted at this moment as some other examination might come into picture. It's too early to comment on it.

As JEE Mains is a national level engineering exam, it hardly matters from which board you pass your HSC, it matters for state entrance exams like MHTCET, UPSEE, WBJEE, etc.

Hello Bhoora,
You must have 75% or more to get admission in IIT or NIT. However, many state governments accept JEE Mains and allow students with as low as 45% marks in 12th. You can bid for these seats.

Hi Naman,
Both are entirely different tests. SAT is more of aptitude abd reasoning test while JEE is for engineering programs. Yes, the JEE preparation will only help you with the mathematics section but not wholly as the formats are different.

Hello Mandar,
Scores in JEE Mains can provide you admission in NITs and other government colleges. For admission into IITs, you need to clear JEE Advanced examination as well.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

Hello Raj,
Why insistence on engineering? I would advise you to move away from this field. Why not try Humanities or commerce? There are plenty of opportunities in both these fields.
