Don't go on a 'wild goose chase'. Some states have accepted JEE Mains as the eligibility criteria for admissions in colleges controlled by them and some states have not. Almost, every state has a domicile criteria too. Your best chance is either JEE Mains or if your state conducts its own CET, then scoring well in the concerned CET.

To get admission in an engineering college in Gujarat, of course, other than IIT/NIT, you have to appear for the common entrance test conducted by the Government of Gujarat, so marks scored in JEE Mains or class 12th board of Gujarat has no relevance.

There is no sure shot analysis of different online institutes for the preparation of JEE Mains. There is no ranking, hence, it is not wise to guess. My advice is not to get into it, but start learning basics by understanding. You have enough time in your hands. Join any of the coaching institutes nearby your residence for best results.

Keep your basics clear. Revise the concepts again and again, especially the formulas in maths and chemistry. Try to solve the previous year's papers or papers available from coaching institutes. You can refer NCERT, it is the best book for working on basic concepts.

Hello Prince,
There is no choice given to you for appearing in Maths papers. You can appear for Paper 1 if interested in getting admission into BE / B.Tech courses or appear for Paper 2 if you want to get into architecture. You, of course, have a choice of appearing for both papers. Paper 2 has three parts & one of the part is Maths. But opting for Paper2 & appearing only in Maths will serve no purpose. My advice, depending on where you want to go appear for either paper 1 or 2.
Best wishes.
