You should try for private colleges.Besides you should also give a try to state councilling.

There are approximate 2000-3000 seats in IITs reserved for OBC category. So the chance is nearly impossible.

It would be hard for you to get admission in any NIT, if you belong to SC/ST category you have little chances. You should better try in some other government or government aided college.
