You should refer to the following books: HC Verma, Arihant, A Das Gupta for PCM respectively. Make your concepts clear on time without any hesitation. If you want to join a coaching institute, go for a good one and be regular in your studies. Solve previous years question papers as much as you can as they will help to make sure that you get the in-depth knowledge of the subject.

Getting less than 75 percent should tell you as to where you stand as compared to others. Merely appearing for different exams is not going to change this. Did you not study enough earlier? Private colleges with huge fee will surely offer you admission. The solution lies in changing the perspective of study. The way you are studying. Change and you can clear the multitude of exams for which you can still appear.
Best of luck.

Dear Vyom, I think you are following the dictum "better late than never". Six months is quite less for preparation of such important exams. But then nothing is impossible. Have positive attitude and throw yourself fully in preparation. Logical thinking, fundamentals of Science & practice of solving papers should be your Mantra.
