Mridul, yes with these marks you can get admission in some of the NITs but may be not in very good branches.
But with these 12th marks and JEE score you can get a seat in some of the best private universities that are offering admissions on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th.
Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria. Check the websites of some good universities or call on their toll free no.s for more details.

Your JEE Mains score is not good enough to get a seat but you can apply through your board merit in some goo colleges which have provision of admission through board merit too. Check out UTM Shillong, MIT Pune & SRM university for admission in engineering through board marks basis.
