You will get an NIT, most probably the one in your home state. Can't say about the branch.

With 73 marks in JEE and with 81% in boards, your rank will be around 90000, if not more than that. With this rank you won't get admission into this college in CSE, even if you have the home state quota. The ending rank for this college is around 50000 and that is for chemical branch other state. So you wont get admission here.

With 73 marks, just over the cut-off of 70 marks for OBC category of JEE mains this year, and with 81% in boards, your rank will be around 90000, if not more than that. With this rank you won't get admission into this college in CSE, even if you have the home state quota. The closing rank of the college was around 50000 and that too was for chemical branch other state. So you wont be able to get this college.
