Dropping a year for preparation of competitive exams has its own merits and demerits. Dropping a year means that you will get sufficient amount of time to prepare for competitive exams. No, you cannot get admission with compartment. Also your marks in JEE mains are relatively low. You should at least score 85+ in mains.

The chances are bleak. You have scored just on the line. The cutoff for the CSE branch at sector 62 is around 60-65k, but if you are lucky you may get first hand admission. Also you have the option of taking ECE, and putting CSE as preferred branch. You might get upgraded. The probability of getting upgraded is quite high.
