You can opt for any well reputed private college in your region.

your JEE marks are not enough for a good government college.
you should apply in well reputed colleges in your region.

That totally depends on your career aspiration, if IIT is your aim take a drop and prepare again and if you dont want to drop go for Galgotias , both the options have its own pros and cons
