This year cutoff for SC was 52. So any marks above 70 will be safe to get into VNIT.

IIITs demand very high scores in JEE Main. I don't think one will get into an IIIT with 88 in JEE Main.

with these you should have rank of 24k which is decent so you would get nsit dtu easily so try for them and other nits also but if you go for cs the level of college will go down so try to go for nits you will get mechanical or electrical
