I am sorry to disappoint you but I don't think that you can get admission in our college as maximum cut off rank which goes for any branch is at minimal 45000 for OBC category hence you may not be able to get a seat in my college yet you may try for other good private colleges like SRM, VIT, BITS etc.

Yes it is good enough to prepare. You have to work hard and practice a lot for it. You have to focus equally in all three subjects and also revised the previous year questions to get an idea of standard of questions.

You can't get any govt institute with this score but you can get good private colleges like Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology, Galgotia, UPES Dehradun, UTM Shillong, MNIT, BITs etc. These have good placements, infra and faculty.
