No. there is no necessary MBA after B.tech degree from IIT. Its totally depend upon the candidate. who want to make career in business side they can do MBA.

No dear. You can not get any college at such score. At this mark you will rank above 1 lakh.
If you have completed your 12th from NIOS board with good percentage then you can get any NIT college. Otherwise you can not get any college.

Hey Mohemmed M,
You don't have enough marks in JEE Mains to get NIT or IIT but you can consider following options.
You have few colleges performing really good in south India. You can consider taking admission in these colleges as they are good at placement records as well as rankings from industry. My suggestion is you should also look out of AP for best universities. Check out the colleges below -
