Hey Darshil,
There are chances that you may get NIT based on your score in JEE mains based on your caste. But you should not rely only on a single option. You should also apply for some other best institutes either government or private. You can also expect scholarships from some private universities. If you are interested check out following colleges -

Listen, scoring high in JEE Mains is not a tough thing. It only requires your obidience. Covering all your chapters thoroughly in class 12 will help you. Maths requires intense practice, even in easy chapters like boolean algebra and matrices. Physics requires conceptions to be cleared; and that you can do only if you study the whole year in class 12. Chemistry requires byhearting the things, even in organic section you may have to byheart many a things. Without solving previous years JEE questions but doing the above things I mentioned, you can score high. Little love for studies can take you to a whole new level. All the best !!

There is no minimum % required to appear in JEE Main exam. But scoring high in your 12th can get you a higher rank. When you qualify JEE Main and then qualify JEE Advance, you'll need to have atleast 75% in +2 to have admissions in IITs. All the best !!

Hey Sai,
You have few colleges performing really good in Andhra Pradesh. You can consider taking admission in these colleges as they are good at placement records as well as rankings from industry. My suggestion is you should also look out of AP for best universities. Check out the colleges below -
