There are many private institutions that are doing equally good .These conducts their own Entrance Examination and give scholarship based on that score,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination.some of these universities are:
1.BITS
2.Lovely Professional University
3.Symbiosis

No. jee is for colleges like its,nits and others like IIITs and few college's.
for private colleges like Vit,srm etc. they have their exams but still you can benefit with Jee score and they too will admit.
Even with out writing exam you can get good engineering private colleges by Donation

You need to specify your marks here so that we can help you. However you can't add up your JEE marks to your board marks. But you can apply for colleges based on your board marks or for their own entrance examinations. There are private universities having best infrastructure offering quality education. Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in Government institutes.Although there are private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarship.some of these universities are:

2.Lovely Professional University
3.Symbiosis

Hello ! since you have not done well in JEE mains and SRMJEE dont worry,there are still many colleges who conducts their own entrance examination.These colleges are doing equally good as top Government institutions,so why to waste your precious one year when you are having a good colleges to get admission.here are some of the colleges where you can get admission:

i have heard that Lovely Professional University provides scholarship upto 1.5 lakh per annum based on your score in their Entrance exam.even these universities provides assured placement.

its not compulsary to give jee advance and advance score gets u admission in IITS and mains score takes u to NITS and other clgs and there is not affect on ur mains score if u dont give advance. but according to me u should try it.
