If you have proceeded for JEE Advance, then percentage won't be an issue to get into IIT but getting in a good college based on JEE Main can cause some issue because 40% weightage is given to 12th marks

Since you belong to the general category, it is quite unlikely that you will get a seat in NSIT in a good branch. You may get biotechnology though.

Hello ! with this marks you can't get any Government college but there are some private colleges which are doing equally good as top government institutes,you can get in that by availing high scholarship based on your performance in their Entrance Examination.here are some of good colleges where you may enquire :
