Sorry dear you can not get any college at such marks in mains. For nit college your marks should be above 200 at such percentage of board.

Shibha !Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in top Government institutes but don't worry there are some private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarship.some of these universities are:

Hey ! since he has not done well in JEE mains ,he will not get the seat in government institutes dont worry there are still many colleges who conducts their own entrance examination and get admission by availing high scholarship.These colleges are doing equally good as top Government institutions.here are some of the colleges where you can get admission:

Criteria for scholarship depends upon college to college.
Some offers the first 25 entry the 100% scholarship, while others to the branch opener.
Roughly you need to score 90% plus in +2 and below 10000 rank in entrance.

Being an OBC category candidate, you can get average level of college as per the marks you scored. If you are not ready to take another chance then take admission via counseling process otherwise I would like to suggest you that do preparation once again because you can score quite better in next chance.
