Hi,
Yes, you can get an NIT with this percentile. You can get admission in your own state so don't worry. Just keep a follow up during counseling process which starts in June.

The AIR varies from year to year. Seeing the past year data, I could say that you need to score a minimum of 170 marks in JEE Mains.

If we look at the last year's trend then around 90 percentile score is required to qualify for JEE Advance. However, this will depend a lot on the performance of the students in the JEE Mains exam. The second JEE Main attempt will be in April 2020 post it the final list of qualifying marks will be published. This is for the general /open category. However there are separate cutoff for reserved/ girls category which is much lower to the general/open category.

JEE Main Reservation Criteria 2020 - National Testing Agency will release the official JEE Main reservation criteria 2020. . Candidates who belong to EWS, OBC, SC, ST, female candidates and Person with Disability (PwD) categories will be eligible to claim reservation in JEE Main.

In 2019, in JEE Mains the cut off for SC category was 54.01%. So with 65 % in JEE Mains of 2020 you have a chance for qualifying. You can get round off view of your rank by 100- your total score multiplied by 869010/100. Also, you can improve your score in coming JEE Mains of 2020.
