No NCERTs are just the base for the exam but you will have to prepare on a much higher level than that. You can take help of coaching materials or Pradeeps book or HC Verma book for physics. RD Sharma for maths.

The admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture college is depends upon the marks obtained in 12th and JEE-Main/NATA score. The combined score of both (12th+JEE Main/NATA marks) above 150 can be the safe.
