To get admission, there are various exams for M.Tech there are many institutes which have their private exams for admission in M.Tech like Manipal University, and some have state exams depending on the state in which you are willing to take admission and GATE exam scores are widely accepted in most colleges.
So, I would advise you to give GATE exam for sure and also search that if there is any college you want to go accepts some other exam too and you should give that too it will increase your chances to get admission in your required college. Hope this helped.

NATA is more demanding for admission in the B.Arch programme as most of the colleges accept NATA score only for admission whereas JEE Main Paper 2 is acceptable only in some colleges falling Under JOSAA. NATA is the official entrance for Architecture which is valid all over India, so will advise you to go for NATA.

To become eligible for NATA a candidate is required to fulfill a certain set of eligibility conditions. Mentioned below are the predefined criteria set up by COA:
1. Candidates must have obtained 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also overall 50% aggregate score at 10+2 level.
