Minimum 90 percentile (1 lakh rank) is enough if you are from general category. For OBC category, (2019 cutoff rank)- 2.4 lakhs rank.

With 1.6 lacks rank you will get admission only if you are from reserved category
In 2019 cutoff rank for general category is 120k

Without MH-CET, you are not eligible to give the choice of government. Aided colleges in Maharashtra, but there are some chances in some colleges if you have cleared JEE.
