Well you have cleared your boards exam with 77% but your JEE Mains marks are very low. Having SC category quota might help you to get a college for civil engineering.

The minimum academic qualification for admission through JEE is that a candidate must have passed in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII), or its equivalent with an aggregate score of minimum 60% in PCM+English. Candidate must have appeared in JEE. Selection will be based on JEE score.

To qualify for giving JEE Advanced exam, you need to have 75% marks aggregate in class 12th, then only you will be eligible for appearing in the exam. Thank you.

Since there are only a few colleges which offer mechatronics engineering in India and one of them is IIT-D.

You need to have 45% marks in PCM in Class XII.

Your marks are good according to your category since the cutoff is 45 only. Now talking about your chances of getting the seat, they are less as the margin between the marks and cutoff marks is low. You might get the seat in any NIT but I am not sure exactly in which you will get admission. I am sharing the link please check it:

Your score in JEE Mains is not very satisfying to get you any good engineering colleges, so ask yourself, do you really want to do engineering? If yes, then take a gap and prepare well for the next year. All the best.

No you are not eligible for getting seat in sastra as you dont have all the required parameters
You should have 985 above marks in ipe

Your CRL rank should be under 3000.
