There are many private top colleges which take direct admission.
If you are not done with JEE then still you are left with plenty of opportunities to get yourself admitted in some finest college in India. Those are like SRM, VIT, BMS, RVR, BITS Pilani, Manipal Institute and many other state level colleges. The above mentioned colleges do conduct their own set of exam. But frankly speaking those are not as tough as JEE exam is meant. They are relatively easier. Anyone can easily get admission having the basic knowledge. The same counselling is valid for all NITs, IIITs and also GFTIs.
To get the colleges other than NIT, IIIT, and GFTI, select the colleges where JEE Mains scores are accepted and just fill up your JEE roll no. and marks in the application form so that you can get admission.
All the best.

Your dreams are ok. But to achieve dreams, one needs to study dedicatedly. Something seems to be amiss. Just 24 marks out of 360? If you want to achieve your dreams then I suggest take break of one year, study with dedication and aim for scoring 300+.
With present marks, you have no chance.

It depends on your caste, the score you take need not be the cut-off score.
The following would give you the cut-off scores caste wise.
GENERAL (OC) - 81
PWD-1
OBC-NCL - 49
SC-32
ST-27
If you have scored more than your cut-off (for your caste), then you are qualified to write JEE Advanced and also, you can apply for counselling to get admission at NITs.
All the best!
