Naval Architecture and Ship Construction is a super specialization in the field of Marine engineering. Opportunities in this field is limited to Indian Navy and ship building industry. Most of the jobs are with Government and PSUs. With Make in India initiative and opening of defence sector for private industry, it is expected that new jobs will be created in this field. Engineers in the field have lot of good opportunities abroad.

on the basis on your inter board percentage it will decide

U can get production engineering for sure in good NITs.I don't know Your state percentile though I can tell u that u will surely have a seat in North eastern State NIts with any of these branch.

There is no chance of IIT if u belong to gen category low not chance

if u want join nit in maharashtra then it is tough.
and u can join another privet college. but it is not a good chose.
