No, you can't solve physics of NEET without knowing these topics though you don't need to understand them completely breif knowledge will do. Question standard for both the exams are almost the same whereas in JEE application part of concepts are focused and in NEET concept and formulae are focused.

You will get NITs. Depending on your category and home state you will get the college. Most probably you'll get all the new NITs offering B.Arch and old ones if you're having home state quota.

The admission procedure will be carried out by the Department of Technical Education. Two online off-campus counselling sessions will be organised based on the inter-se-merit of JEE Main to admit candidates into BE/B.Tech/ BArch courses (including the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates). Check out the JEE Mains College Predictor. The candidate can use his or her JEE Mains rank to see where he or she can get admission. See the courses, colleges, and rounds you may crack. The result will be based on admissions data for JEE Mains 2025.

For non-Muslims, the cutoff is around 230 marks for B.Arch. For Muslims, the cutoff is around 150 marks. So, you can decide according to your category.

Anyone who has cracked Paper 2 is eligible for counselling.
However, you may not get your desired college as for decent colleges, the minimum board percentage required is 75%, It is 65% for OBC, ST and SC candidates.
