I have obtained 91% in +2 and 119 marks in JEE (rank 27679). Can I get admission in any NIT in Kerala for B.Arch?

If the score you mentioned i.e. 119 is of JEE Mains paper 2, then you cannot get NIT anywhere. Although with such a good percentage in boards you are eligible for getting admission in other B.Arch colleges in your area. Check last year's cut-off and assure your seat for college. Good luck :).
