If you have mentioned your All India Rank i.e. 2708 then you are getting the NITs also.
Since allotting of the college will depend on your All India Rank. Also, you can check it on a given link that which college will be allotting to you on basis of your rank.

You have got very good marks in the 12th but inappropriate marks in JEE so it is bit difficult that you get admission in government aided colleges like IIIT Manipur, Bhopal or Bhagalpur but you can try for private colleges to pursue your B.Tech food technology. So if you want to do B.Tech food technology you can take admissions in private colleges.

Yes, you'll easily get admission in RGIT. As an RGIT student I suggest you to go for IT. It's the best branch with best facilities in your college. I'd like to suggest you that your marks are quite good So In preference form fill DJSCOE, VIT (Vidylankar) and SPIT before RGIT.
