Choosing between the private or government Engineering colleges in Pune at the same JEE rank is a tough choice.
So, if your JEE rank gets you into a reputed government college, go for it without a second thought due to lower fees; but if the government college option at your rank is average, then a top-ranked private college is actually be the smarter choice.

Yes, students can get admission in Newton School of Technology without JEE Main. The institute offers seats only through NSAT exam. Students have to appear for the entrance test followed by the interview round. However, students may skip the exam under some cases.

Yes, students can get EIT Faridabad scholarship with 97.6 percentile in JEE Main. Applicants can get scholarship on the basis of scores in entrance exam. Check the table below to know eligiblity of scholarships offered on the basis of JEE Main scores:
