No, IST has its own entrance test - ISTEE. It checks an applicant's overall aptitude, reasoning, and analysis skills. Hence, JEE is not necessary for Intellipaat School of Technology (IST), Jaipur admission.

With an 89.7 percentile in JEE Mains and Delhi Home State quota, you have realistic chances at Delhi-based state government engineering colleges (DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW, IIIT Delhi) in non-core branches, but admission to top branches like CSE/ECE at these institutions will be difficult. You may also secure seats in GFTIs and some NITs under the Delhi quota in lower-demand branches.
Admission Chances with 89.7 Percentile (Delhi Quota)
1. Delhi State Government Colleges
- Delhi Technological University (DTU)
- Likely branches: Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Production Engineering.
- CSE/ECE cutoff usually >97 percentile, so unlikely.
- Netaj

UIT RGPV (Bhopal)
- Home State + Female + EWS quota works strongly in your favor.
- UIT RGPV admits students with ranks up to 4–5 lakh under HS/EWS categories.
- So yes, CSE at UIT RGPV is possible for you.
Other Options in Madhya Pradesh
- Other Government Engineering Colleges (via MP DTE counseling):
- Jabalpur Engineering College (JEC)
- Indore Institute of Science & Technology
- Ujjain Engineering College
- These colleges also take students with ranks in the 3–5 Lacs range under HS/EWS.

As per the official website of NUS, Indian students are not required to have the Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE) Mains results with them. A strong rank surely boosts one's chances of getting in.
Instead of JEE, these students would be required to go through a standardized test like SAT or ACT and these grades are applicable for the NUS admissions.
