The VITLEE Law exam and JEE are not the same type of tests, so their difficulty depends on what you are good at. The VITLEE law entrance exam 2026 mainly checks your skills in English, reasoning, current affairs, and legal aptitude. It's more about logic and understanding.
JEE, on the other hand, is for engineering and focuses on physics, chemistry, and math. It's known to be tougher because of its high competition and complex questions.
So, for most students, JEE is harder, while VITLEE Law is easier if you are strong in reading, reasoning, and general knowledge

NCHMCT JEE counselling has three rounds, followed by a spot round if seats remain vacant.

NCHMCT JEE result is usually released in May, about two to three weeks after exam. Candidates can check their results on official website nchmjee.nta.nic.in by logging in with their application number and date of birth.

Yes, you can join St. Xavier's College Ranchi without JEE. JEE is the exam for getting admissions in Engineering courses. St. Xavier's College does not provide engineering courses like BTech, so JEE exam is not required. It conducts its own entrance exam for the admissions.

No, there is one single counselling for admission to all NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The counselling in organised by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

No, students can't get admission in NIT Surathkal without JEE scores. However, this is true for BTech admissions only. For the other courses, as long as students have valid scores of the accepted exams, such as GATE/ CAT/ IIT JAM, they are eligible.

Yes, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology does accept JEE scores. The institute accepts both JEE Advanced and JEE Main scores for BTech admissions. Students who clear the eligibility can apply online.

No, you cannot join BTech programme in Uttaranchal University Dehradun without JEE (Main). For BTech programmes, merit list is made on the basis of marks secured in JEE (Main) / All National Aptitude Tests/Qualifying Examination/Performance of candidates in personal interview.

IIIT Nagpur releases several rounds of cutoff to fill the seats in the different specialised BTech courses at its campus. The cutoff for the BTech courses released by the college vary from course to course.
