If you intent to talk about Galgotias University in Greater Noida, NCR then I would not recommend the college for almost any course. The college doesn't have good faculty and the atmosphere in the college is also not good.

Hello Shilpa,The UGC NET exam is held for around 100 subjects and the cutoff marks is different for each subject. If we see the previous year cutoff marks for English, the Cut off marks for July 2018 varied from 52% to 60% marks. The Dec 2018 exam pattern was different as the exam was held in online mode only. Thus there could be changes in the cut off marks. If you comes between the cutoff marks above 55% then you can be qualified for the NET exam. The result for NET exam will be release on 10 January as per the Schedule. So be alert, keep checking the official notification and check the cutoff marks from the official website.

You must have at least an age of 18, so that you can apply in IGNOU for getting Russian Language certificate course. Otherwise, you can't apply.

It is very heartening to know that you are interested in doing your MS in Germany after completion of your engineering graduation in India. These days many students are heading to universities / institutions abroad for their PG. But a word of caution. There are many nuances before one gets admission. You can do MA in English, because the degree of B.Tech is completely graduate degree & MA (any discipline) can be done after graduation. So, you are eligible for MA most of the university have course of MA (english,two years or four samesters) & prefer 50%marks of graduation.
Many universities also conduct entrance exam, so you can see syllabus on official website of them.
Books are available in market (basically syllabus pattern will be same in graduation level in English subject).
