Hello Saurabh, Very interesting query. As per my information for general subjects eligibility is normally only graduation from any recognised university. In case of M.A. In English, you can definitely do it from IGNOU if you are a graduate from recognised university. If you are good at lab analyzing skill and demanding for high pay scale, go for Oil and gas industry with petroleum engineering/management.
