According to the NET eligibility, the same subject should be selected as in the PG. In case of non-availability of that particular subject in the list of NET subjects, some other related subject can be chosen.

To apply for BA (Hons.) in French, you need to have minimum 45% marks in 12th. The admission will be based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the university.

The basic qualification is passing 10 plus 2 with any 3 out of Physics, chemistry, biology, Mathematics and or computer science. So yes congrats you are eligible. Selection is based on total marks aggregated in 10 plus 2, some colleges and universities demand 50 percent, while reputed ones also have entrance exams.Hope you scored 50 percent at least. In every exam, you have an option to choose a language. If you are opting for English, then question paper will be in English, else if you are opting for Hindi, then tye question paper will be held in Hindi.
