As per the website of Sardar Patel University, they offer LLB and LLB Special, but not LLM. Try for admission elsewhere like LPU, GNLU, Christ University, etc., which offer 1 year LLM degree which is very much valid in India. Their admission criteria is CLAT or their own test.

LLB first because the Eligibility Criteria for LLM is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by an interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally, universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.
