You need at least 45% in class 12th to be eligible to sit in the entrance exam for getting admission in the course.

Yes, you are eligible to study LLB. Age is no bar. But, if you have not completed class 12th with minimum 45%, then you are ineligible for 5 year course, and if you are a graduate then you have to do 3 year course. The eligibility is 45% in graduation.

First of all, solve previous years at least 10 years. You can buy Arihants AILET book for this or individual one's.
Mariam Webster for English
RS Aggarwal for Maths
Read the Hindu newspaper and make notes from it for GK.
For legal reasoning, you can buy universal guide. You can also take coaching material or if you feel join full time coaching from career launcher.
