I think merchant navy companies advertise their vacancies for law posts and mostly international law would be wanted. Cases like north continental shelf and lotus case, contracts, international private law etc. But, as a deck officer I don't think we have those options.

In LLB, UG you study all laws. In Masters, you study the specific stream like corporate law which comprises laws like contract, company law. If you do not have time you can do CS.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in law school. Hindi medium is not a problem. But, this year's admission have been completed, so you have to give entrance exam next year.

Hi,
You can join any university as bar council has removed age limit. Do a 3 year LLB from DU/BHU. Admissions are through entrance exam. Minimum 55% in graduation needed. Otherwise you can apply on class 12th basis for 5 year law in any university with 45% minimum in class 12th. But only next year. This year's admission have been completed.

Only UPSE Dehradun is giving science and law integrated course. I don't think GLC has this option. So, you either drop and appear next year or complete be and do 3 year LLB.

Simultaneously, doing law with BA is not allowed, but after BA, you can do 3 year law from a good university like DU, BHU etc.

I don't think GLC gives 3 year LLB. You should check it on website. Admission is through entrance exam. You should see DULLB also.

Law and Art (dance) are totally two different areas. It seems you chose the UG course without any ambition or under parental pressure. Now that you want to do MA Dance - I hope you are now sure what you want to pursue further in life.
