Government colleges are always better than the private colleges. But, even under TS, all universities are not good. So, if there is a university which is below Osmania University rank wise, then take private college affiliated to Osmania University, otherwise not.

Best college is NLU Bangalore, which takes admission through CLAT entrance exam. This year's admission process have been completed, so you will have to take an year drop.

NLUD AILET exam) BHU, DU (but only 3 years), GGSIPU, JMI, AMU, NMIMS, GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, BVPU these are some top colleges, which conduct their own exam and do not accept CLAT score.

The 50% marks are the minimum requisite for being eligible to sit in the entrance exam, and if you do not score this, you will have to give improvement.

You have to refer to good books for all the subjects and bare act. Buy previous year's book, and if you still feel need for guidance, you can join coaching. You can also buy the coaching study package.

No, you cannot apply on the basis of your PG score. You have to give your UG course score. Otherwise, you can apply for entrance exam on the basis of your class 12th for 5 year course.

There is no fixed fee structure. Fees is subject to revision every year and so you should visit the official website only for the latest fees structure.

Yes, you can get admission on the basis of BA marks. But, they have to be good for a university taking admission on the basis of cut offs. And, if you are going for entrance exam then minimum 45% is required.
