Yes, the Dr. BR Ambedkar College of Law, Visakhapatnam offers 5 year LLB, and the admissions are through Andhra Pradesh LAWCET.

You have obtained a very good rank and you should be able to get a self-financing institute. You should be able to get admission at max by the second round of counselling. Though in the first round itself you should get admission but second just for chance.

Your rank is little low, but you should go for the open counselling rounds, because it is only where you can get admission.
