Yes, you will able to become a private practitioner. To be able to get practitioner, you have to give and qualify the all India bar examination, after which you will be given a certificate of registration and license to practice.

Better to take re-exam, as eligibility criteria to sit in the exam for LLB is 45%. But, you can still apply in private colleges and DU CCSU.

Babu Banrasidas Dwarka is affiliated to GGSIPU.
It is not a very good college and it would be better if you can take other colleges.

As per my advice, regular courses are better than correspondence courses wherein you can get practical knowledge as well. So, go for regular course.
