Yes, CS degree is very beneficial with law. It is a complete corporate profile and law firms hire this combination over others. You will also get good packages. CFP will also work as a great boost.

You will have to give various competitive exams like CLAT bhucet, jmicet, amucet, KUK lawcet, etc. These will give you a 5 year course. Other way is you can complete your graduation in any course then appear for 3 year law course.

CLAT is compulsory only if you want to get admission in 5yr integrated programme in nlus. NLUD although conducts its own AILET exam. CLAT score is also approved by many pvt. Colleges, so it is beneficial to give.

There are many exams like bhucet which is the most preferred one and other universities like JMI, AMU and CCSU are also offering 3 year law so you have to give entrance there as well. CCSU though is based on cut offs.
