Hi, Bennett University is better. But, it's fees is also about 3 times that of Galgotias University. But, I would still suggest you to go for Bennett University.

Hi. It is also a good choice for opting LLB after B.Com. You should search for reputed universities who provide LLB courses and apply for them. You need to have good LLB Entrance guide books for preparation of entrance.

You can apply in colleges for 3 years LL.B. Programme, in third year results please write "Appeared & waiting for results". Admission procedure already started, kindly look websites for information

This is not possible, because top 1000 rank is only taken in the NLUs. Your friend needs to find some other back up options ASAP. Best of luck.

Yes, there is a moot court available in SLC Dehradun. I can't vouch about the mooting culture.
