In the first allotment list, the rank around 650 has been offered RGNUL PATIALA. Your rank is 1096 chances are very less. You will end up in NLU ODISHA/ASSAM/RANCHI due to high merit list.

Honestly speaking there are few chances as compared to last year's cut off. You can still check this year's cut off for any change.

Depends on where you put up!
Both are extremely good colleges.
I am in VIPS, so I can tell how it is.
The exposure here provided is really good. The faculty works hard with the students to let them bag great opportunities. The libraries and other facilities are very beneficial.
Overall, it's really good.
