First decide which country you wish to apply for based on your preference of ranking, budget and educational qualification. After that once you finalize the universities, start making your profile. Take Ielts/Toefl for english proficiency. For bachelor's in USA, you need SAT too while in canada it might not be required.
Note that to practice in india you need to clear an exam by BCI unless the university is recognised by them .
