Hi Amal,
If you have very good grades, you can opt for a M.Sc. Check for admission requirements and then decide. If you have a decent profile, go and apply to a PGDM program. Many PGDM programs allows students to complete a Masters from a nearby university so you can check all options.

The minimum eligibility criterion for admission in MBA in SCM in the majority of B-Schools is at least a 3-years of Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university with atleast 50 percent marks or equivalent. If you meet the marks criteria in BMC then you are eligible for seeking admission in MBA SCM.

MBA in international business has better opportunities and exponential growth with good amount of travelling and better than logistic specialization. The salaries are better for IB roles.

Both the courses are same. PGDM offers more industry oriented and updated syllabus. MBA is more of legacy and hence bit outdated.
