For admission in MA in Hindi, applicants must have completed BA (Hindi)/ any degree with Hindi literature/graduate with Diploma equivalent to Hindi.

Hello Somesh, It's good to hear from you that, you are interested in doing PG in Hindi after completion of your B.Sc. In Chemistry. If I may ask, why this change of stream at this juncture? Okay. I am afraid, it's not feasible. One needs to have studied the subject of M.A. In graduation to be eligible for admission in PG. Eligibility-
BA (Hons.)/ BA under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at B.A. level. The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. Subject at BA (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at BA level.
Entrance Exam -
Admissions are made through an Entrance Examination Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) generally conducted between May/June every year. Notification for the Entrance Examination will be generally released during February every year.

If you are doing B.Tech, why do you want to change the field of study from technical to non-technical? It is better to continue B.Tech, and if you really want to do MA, refer to university website for eligibility.
