Yes, you can apply but no correlation is there so it's better to go for M.Com or MBA or else you can go for any job for gaining experience as you are having commerce knowledge in your background.

Admission Process
Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Banaras Hindu University Postgraduate Entrance Test (BHU-PET) conducted by the university.

Yes, you can apply for all the posts, which require only graduation degrees, like railway, post office, police, SSC, state PCS, UPSC and many more. For admission in MA, you need to have a graduation degree. Just wait for the notification of the college you want to get admission for MA.

Yes, you can do if you think you can do M.A. Then, you can do but your percentage if you complete your BBA your percentage should be above 50.
