I don't think that you can go for a full-time course now, but if you want to do it through distance then you can do it from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). It's one of the best universities for distance learning.

For doing post graduation in any subject it is expected that you have completed at least graduation in it. I therefore do not think that you are eligible for MA in Indian History on the basis of your B.Sc.
