Hello Yadav,
Yes, a B.Sc. graduate can go for MA degree.
Although some colleges/Institutions insist on having a B.A degree for admission in an MA programme , still, there are some others which are lenient on this part.
So, research the best college for the subject that you want to do Masters in.

Answer to Your Question is MA ENGLISH. But, if you do not do MA English with proper learning as this degree demands, it's a waste. History will not get a job for sure just after completion. M.A. English opens many unconventional jobs like content, writing, training, etc.

Some of the top universities to study History abroad include:
University of Cambridge
University of Oxford University of Oxford
Princeton University
Harvard University
Freie Universitaet Berlin
Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitt Mnchen

In India, JNU and DU are the best known.
