MA Economics Eligibility
The eligibility standards are different for admissions through entrance exams and merit basis, but students eager to pursue their masters in economics must fulfill the mentioned-below MA Economics eligibility criteria.

For English Hons. the cutoffs range from 94% and above for students coming from the WBBHSE (Cutoffs fluctuate a lot, mind you).
For CBSE students the cutoffs are the highest definitely above 96%
Even ISC graduates need to score above 96% in order to be able to make it to college.

Eligibility Criteria
It is the policy of the Nagaland University to offer equal educational opportunities to all qualified persons, provided the following conditions are fulfilled by the applicant.
Eligible students for Major streams (internally or externally) will be given preference over General stream.
An applicant must have passed a three-year Degree Course with Honours/Major with 50% marks and for General stream students of Arts, Commerce and science with 55% in the concerned subject in which admission is sought.
5% marks relaxation for SC/ST category will be considered.
