Yes, you can apply for admission.
However, you can't go for msc psychology but MA is available.
Psychology Eligibility.(Psychology) degree course. Some of the very reputed universities and institutes demand a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct entrance examination to get admission to their M.A. (Psychology) degree course.

LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Hello Dhiraj, It will be great if you share the query in English with details. About UGC NET it is a national level exam organized for the selection of candidates for assistant lectureship and JRF in research sector. The candidates after completing their master's degree are eligible to apply for UGC NET Exam. There is no age limit for NET lectureship, but candidates must have minimum 30 years for UGC NET JRF.
